About Us

Who we are

We are Music City Foot and Wound Care, your official Podiatry team of medical professionals traveling on wheels to serve your facilities. We take pride in providing residents with a memorable and joyful experience through personalized foot care. We want your residents to ask when the foot doctors will return because they loved seeing us.

We are currently serving the following counties:
Davidson, Williamson, Cheatham, Dickson, Hickman, Robertson, Montgomery, Maury, Rutherford, Sumner, Wilson, Marshall, Bedford, Trousdale, Macon, Putnam, Jackson, Clark, Shelby, Lincoln.

Meet our Team

Yerusalem Lanier

DPM
Dr. Lanier is passionate about podiatry and community service. Dr. Lanier is a Fisk University and Kent State Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine graduate. She is committed to accessible care. She's Nashville's "Three Best Rated" in Podiatry.

Morgan Hubble

FNP-BC
Morgan is an ANCC Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner who has specialized in podiatry and wound care since the beginning of her career. She is passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care in both skilled nursing facilities and patients' homes, helping improve mobility, promote healing, and enhance quality of life through comprehensive foot and wound care.

Morgan earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Saint Francis in Indiana in 2020 and relocated to Nashville, Tennessee, in 2022. She is committed to building meaningful relationships with her patients and takes pride in delivering individualized, patient-centered care.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, exploring Nashville, and is a regular visitor to the Nashville Zoo.

Stephanie Bland

FNP
Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, in 2013 before going on to complete her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, at Arkansas State University in 2022.

Since becoming a nurse practitioner, Steph has cared for patients across multiple specialties, including primary care, gastroenterology, PM&R, and hospice. Throughout her career, she has maintained a special passion for wound management and preserving mobility, recognizing the vital role foot and wound health play in a patient's overall quality of life and independence.

Steph is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care while developing individualized treatment plans that promote healing, comfort, and long-term wellness. She values building meaningful relationships with her patients and believes that education, collaboration, and preventive care are essential to achieving the best possible outcomes.

Outside of work, Steph enjoys spending time with her husband, their two daughters, and their Cane Corso. She loves crafting with her Cricut, cooking, and making lasting memories together. Her faith and dedication to serving others continue to inspire both her personal life and her approach to patient care.

Amanda Mason

FNP
Amanda received her nursing degree from Austin Peay University in 2016 and has been in the medical field since her youth. She has a wide range of experience in settings ranging from home health to orthopedics.

Amanda is focused on providing balanced clinical decision-making with compassionate patient care to all her patients. She does this by listening to her patients and desiring to find the safest, most appropriate, and honest solution for pain. 

In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors with her two boys. They enjoy kayaking and hiking together spending quality time with one another.

How we do it

Ensuring Foot Health with Precision and Convenience

Schedule

One facility per day once every 9-12 weeks (insurance covers a visit every 9 weeks)

Set up

Clinic style or room-to-room service based on facility preference

Extras

We will send a flyer with the date and time we will be there to post in your facility to notify residents. Also, we will send a sign-up sheet with appointment times.

What we need

Demographic and insurance info to be printed for each patient and given to us on the day of the visit or faxed to our fax number.
